WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We ship internationally to all countries with the exemption of Russia, Mainland China and a few others. If in doubt please email customer_service@ongasoft.com

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your gear will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. 

HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
      Please note that shippment fee are already included in all USA orders.Please not that all international orders may be subject to local authority import taxes and customs duties. If these charges apply to your delivery FedEx will contact you by telephone once your shipment has reached customs to let you know the cost of the duty. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import charges and have the garments returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs incurred for the garments return, including return shipping charges and customs handling fees.As duties and taxes vary from country to country and are dictated by your local government, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with an estimated cost.

     

    • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
          All domestic orders are shipped in 48 hours. Please allow up to 5-10 working days for your order to arrive. If for any reason there is a delay with your shipment, please either contact Oongasoft Guest Servings and quote your tracking number. To avoid disappointment please ensure you allow enough time for your order to reach you. 
    • CUSTOMISED ITEMS
          We cannot accept cancellations on customised orders Delivery can take up to 15 working days. If your order contains non-customised items please contact guest services to confirm if you would like your items to be shipped together or separately.For any other queries regarding your order or delivery, please contact our Customer Services customer_service@ongasoft.com.

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards. We also accept pre-paid credit cards so long as the card has a billing address attached to it.
